At Idyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
